Quiet Play

Set the stage for self control and verbal restraint. Use these orders to clue your sub in to a demand that they stay quiet during impact play or pleasure. Inform the sub that their vocalizations must stay below a certain decibel reading to avoid punishment - which could include cessation of play, ruined or denied orgasm, or other punishments fitting for your dynamic. The dom can use the scene as a challenge to try to eek some sound from their sub by alternating varying levels of pain and pleasure. Remix these instructions to introduce different toys (flashlights, dildos, strap-ons, wax, etc) or additional restraints (spreader bar, bed restraints, rope) that you might find interesting to compare sound levels against. For an additional challenge for the sub, order them to wear noise canceling headphones and a blindfold so that they have less of a sense of how close they're getting to your prescribed sound threshold. Consider making the sub repeat back affirming, humiliating, or submissive statements in a whisper that falls below the required sound limit.
